Hotel Valencia Riverwalk, San Antonio

My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The location was perfect, right along the Riverwalk offering a serene atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited options. The facilities were well-kept and added to the overall positive experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful balcony with the best view from my room, even though it was never cleaned or the bed made. The rooms were generally kept very clean. The hotel offered magnificent customer service, especially when assisting with my family emergency situation. The location was ideal, being centrally near the Riverwalk, making it convenient to access many attractions around the city. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited to hot dogs, and the facilities were average.

The hotel is ideally situated on the River Walk, offering comfortable rooms with a Riverwalk view or balcony. The service is top-notch with magnificent customer service from the reception desk. The dining experience includes Uonuma-grown rice, but additional dining options could enhance the experience. The facilities are well-maintained and include various amenities.
